Multi-stakeholder group on digital rights

The Group aims for an open and inclusive digital environment in Albania in which human rights are respected.

Its work is based on dialogue between stakeholders, the exchange of expertise, public information and the coordination of action on policies related to digital rights.

The Group’s Charter and the 2025 Joint Declaration are available on the official SCiDEV website, including in Albanian.
